Full-Time and Part-Time Child Care
At Baby Town Daycare, we understand that every family has different needs, schedules, and routines. That’s why we offer flexible childcare options tailored to the daily lives of our parents and guardians.
Our goal is to provide peace of mind, balance, and trust, ensuring that every child receives the proper care, affection, and stimulation, no matter how many hours they spend with us.
From our daycare’s perspective, childcare is not just a matter of time, but of quality in every shared moment. Whether in Full-Time or Part-Time mode, all children enjoy the same safe, educational, and loving environment designed to foster their overall development and emotional well-being.
Our Process: How the Full-Time and Part-Time Child Care Service Works
At Baby Town Daycare, we’ve structured a process designed to adapt to each family’s needs, ensuring comfort, organization, and quality care. Below, we explain how we do it:
Initial Evaluation and Consultation
When a family contacts us, we conduct an initial interview to learn about their routine, work schedules, transportation needs, and any special requirements their child may have. Based on this information, we recommend the type of service that best fits their lifestyle:
Full Time: Care throughout the entire day, ideal for parents with full-time or extended work hours.
Part Time: Hourly or half-day care, perfect for families with flexible schedules, students, or part-time workers.
Personalized Schedule Design
Once the care mode is chosen, we create a personalized schedule that respects the child’s routines (meals, naps, and playtime). This planning helps maintain emotional stability and allows the child to easily adjust to the daycare’s daily activities.
Integration into the Educational and Recreational Program
Regardless of the number of hours attended, every child participates in the same educational program that promotes learning through play. For part-time children, teachers select the most enriching activities based on the chosen schedule (for example, art, reading, music, or motor development blocks).
Monitoring and Communication with Parents
We maintain constant communication with families, providing updates on each child’s progress, behavior, and well-being. We also adjust schedules if family or work needs change. This ongoing communication builds trust and ensures that our service remains aligned with each household’s circumstances.
Ongoing Flexibility and Family Support
We know schedules can change, which is why we offer easy adjustments between part-time and full-time care (and vice versa) without administrative complications.
