Our Service Process: Care 4 Kids
We understand paperwork can seem overwhelming, so we’ve developed a clear, personalized, and guided process to help families apply for the Care 4 Kids program without difficulty. Our process is as follows:
Initial Orientation and Eligibility Evaluation
When a family expresses interest in the program, we offer a free initial consultation to explain how Care 4 Kids works, what the requirements are, and to check if the family may be eligible. This step helps us understand the parents’ employment, financial, and family situation to provide accurate guidance.
Assistance with Document Preparation
Once eligibility is confirmed, we help parents gather all required documents, such as proof of income, employment or study verification, personal identification, and proof of residence. We also guide them on how to properly fill out the forms to avoid rejections or delays.
Support During the Program Application
We assist families in submitting their official Care 4 Kids applications, whether in person or online, ensuring that all information is complete and correctly submitted to the state system.
Process Tracking and Ongoing Communication
After the application is submitted, we track its status and maintain communication with parents to inform them of updates or any additional steps requested by the program.
Confirmation and Start of Service
Once the assistance is approved, we coordinate the start of childcare at Baby Town Daycare. Parents only need to cover their assigned portion (if applicable), while the rest is funded by Care 4 Kids. From that moment, the child becomes part of our educational and recreational program, enjoying a space where learning and play go hand in hand.
